Non - Compliant Test Results
Where acceptable results are not attained in accordance
with these tests and procedures during their application,
the work site shall be maintained in a safe condition in
accordance with distributors requirements and:

Where the worker has the competency and
authorisation to identify and rectify the cause of the
deficient test result they shall do so.

Where the worker does not have the competency and
authorisation to identify and rectify the cause of the
deficient test result, they shall report the matter to
their supervisor and ensure affected persons are
advised.
