The Green Book Committee, established by the Victorian Distribution Businesses is convened with the objective to develop, review and monitor the application of the Code of Practice on Electrical Safety for the Distribution Businesses in the Victorian Electricity Supply Industry (The Green Book).

The Green Book incorporates the principles of the “Code of Practice of Electrical Safety for Work on or near High Voltage Electrical Apparatus (The Blue Book) – Victoria”.
